Is it possible to enable USB using NT as OS?

I need to transfer data from one HD to another and have an external 80 gig USB drive I would like to use for this purpose. The drive I want to move data from uses NT 4.0 as an OS. Is it possible to install a card, etc. that would permit me to use USB with NT? Thanks, Bekker
