What kind of stupid question is this? Seriously, are you a hypochondriac?

I know it is tuna, but is it chicken or fish? It says Chicken of the Sea.

eating fried chicken 3-4 days a week is not healthy at all.
Way to much oil for your body. Fried foods in excess is not good for you.
Chicken alone is good for you as it is a good source of protein.

There are trade offs to eating chicken rather than beef. Chicken is healthier but might have all those chemicals which are used on the chickens and beef has lots of fat and the also other chemicals injected into the cows. Your safest bet is to not eat any meat at all.

My coworker went to the UAW 500 last weekend (some NASCAR thing) and he told me he ate half a fried chicken breast for every beer he drank...

...yes, he came home sh!tfaced and thinks he had at least 8-10 beers...

A diet excessive in chicken, or any poulty, will lead to a build up of chitonous protiens within the soft tissues of the mouth (lips and gum tissue) and nose (cartilage areas mostly). Over time the chiton begins to form an upper and lower protusion. In sever cases these protusions have extended out 2-3 inches completely covering the lower face.
