With websites, you will only get out of a website what you put into it. You need something to keep people at your site. A pretty look and a good product line unfortunately isn't enough for most people. Complete reviews, pictures, specifications and everything you wanted to know about the product is the minimum you should expect to put up.

Bottom line: You must give people a reason to come, a better reason to stay for a while... and an excellent reason to come back.

Exactly why I suggested a forum or something of that nature. Good to get to know what the customers want and also let's them get an experience of the "business" for free.
