But google maps is indicating the easiest and shortest, distance, the OP doesn't care about the shortest route, he wants a route that doesn't require a single left turn, so to do that if it's possible, the OP might find himself on a route 2,3 or even 5 times bigger than the original route, because he has to do all those insane workarounds to get routes that will need a right instead of a left turn.
Even the simplest of things such as getting out of a gas station would turn into the ultimate PITA.

I'll have to try it.

Duh. I'm an idiot. Last nite I drove WEST on 42nd st, past times square, made a right turn onto the West Side Highway, right exit onto the Geo. Wash. Bridge, exited onto route 80. All without making a left turn. Easy.

80 to Calif. i assume is do-able without lefts.

That leaves the SF section? Anyone?

There will be a point where you're on a bridge and it bends left or a road that bends left.

A solution I can think of is to drive your car into a cargo ship have the ship make a right heading south then right again at the southern tip of S. America then right again heading north and then dock @ SF all the while your car would be running @ 5mph on a conveyer belt(thus the driving part). :p

Nevermind, I'd probably just get punched. :(

Definitely possible. As stated above, it isn't too hard to get from Times Square to 80W without making a left turn. All of Times Square's Avenues are downtown (7th and Broadway) and you can make a right turn onto 42nd (or 44th) then make a right onto the West Side Highway which goes to the GWB which will take you to 80W.
I'm sure it can be done in San Francisco as well.

Google Maps has also told me to go north on a southbound one-way. Not exactly an irrefutable source.

Why would you need to get on an off-ramp?

It doesn't say you have to drive a car... Take a truck and haul your fuel :)
That pretty much reduces the problem to can you make it to a major interstate without a left turn from Times Square, and can you make it from a major interstate to Union Square without making a left turn?

Worst case: you have a pick-up that can only carry enough fuel at a time for about 1/3 of the trip... simply find 2 exits along the way where you can avoid left turns.
