Is it possible to download original playstation boot disks?

I just pick up a cheap ps-one for my son and nephews to mess around with.

I am wondering if it is possible to download a boot disk so they can play backups without modding the psone.

 
"backups" ? nah, just let them use your original discs instead.

You don't want to be teaching little kids to pirate software do you? Shouldn't they make the decision to start "infringing" on their own, preferably when they're a bit older?
