Is it possible to change the default folders that open in Windows Explorer? (Vista)

I'm trying to change which folders on the left side are open when I launch windows explorer. I took photos of what I am talking about.

This is how Explorer looks when I first open it:

And this is how I want it to look every time I open Explorer:

Is there any way to do this? I've searched all over the place for how and I cannot figure it out!

You can try changing the windows explorer target options to this %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n, /e, /select, C:\ and see what you think.
