Is it possible to change the background music on Comcast On Demand?

For those that use it I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Currently have an episode of Sunrise Earth playing for my wife as she sleeps. I am going to have to watch and listen for when it ends because when its over and it loops back to the main menu it will wake her for sure and possibly scare her. It is so annoying! Everytime I use On Demand I make sure to mute the speakers before using the service. Is there a way to not have it loop back to the main menu after a show or maybe change the background music?

I did and they were no help. I was hoping it was just an uninformed CSR.
