Towards the end of the auction my buddy asked me to bid on his radeon video card due to the lack of bidding (low price) So I bid on the auction to intentionally win. Is there any way this can be cancelled? Or is he stuck with paying the winning fees?

He deserves to pay the fees.

Of course he can file you as a non paying bidder and go from there.

Since what you did is technically against the terms of selling on Ebay, he needs to pay up. The other thing he can do is file a NPB against you, but if its your normal Ebay account, it will go on your record.
