Is it possible to buy Visio 2013 standard on CD

Does anyone know if it's possible to purchase Microsoft Visio 2013 Standard on CD format? I can only seem to find it to purchase as a download.
 
On Microsofts site there might be an option to purchase a backup DVD. Haven't boughtVisio in a while so I'm not sure but they've had that option with MS Office

Yeah, I just don't know what the download format is. I have no problem with a download but management here wants to purchase it on a disc.
 
Unless it will dynamically install via an installer, it should not matter the format.
Just obtain the installer also

I think MS always provides an option to get a physical disc for a small additional charge, for exactly your situation where the company requires a disc.
