Is it possible to boot windows from ATA PCI card?

Well??

I have P4G8X which doesn't support ATA 133, and I'm gonna have 200GB + 160Gb HDDs.
I'm gonna connect these HDDs from the included Ultra ATA 133 PCI card.
Is is possible to boot up windows from here instead of the primary IDE on the mobo?
I'm using the secondary IDE on the mobo for my cd drives.
