If you've been taking them regularly, then yes, you'll build up a tolerance for it.

Yes, it is. :( I have to take Excedrine Migraine for regular headaches. Asprin, Tylenol, and ibuprofens don't do much anymore.

Well there are cases were peoples bodies wont chemically react to certain painkillers.

Might be the case, had some vicodin and percoset about 5 years ago when I had some wisdom teeth extracted and didn't notice anything then either.

I take Tylenol regularly for sore throats (I either don't get headaches or don't notice them anymore) and it still works, but I'm waiting for the day they stop working.

I'll look up the study if anyone doesn't beilive me, but im kinda busy now.
