Is it possible in W7 to make everything auto-run as admin?

I don't give a damn about this security feature. It's annoying. I'm at home logged in as an admin but for the occasional thing like visual studio I have to run it as administrator. I'm thinking the answer to my question is no it's not possible, but a flag somewhere telling this feature to piss off would be ideal.

I wouldn't turn this off at work but in Server 2008 if I open a config file, while logged in with admin rights, and then I try and save it within notepad it won't let me so then I gotta close the damn thing and open it again as admin, then go to the file. It's a wicked pita.

Thanks!
