Is it possible for your entire water cooling kit to fit inside your case? Also, is water cooling quiet?

I got an Antec SX1030B with an Enermax 431W PSU. I want to know if it is possible to get a water cooling kit that will fit inside my case. I also want to know how loud watercooling is. I already bought an Alpha 8045, but I want to know if I can overclock more with water cooling.

i've seen some mods where they took out the first hd cage at the bottom so they could fit a pump on it, and a flat rad above the psu, and mod a few blowholes there, so i think its possible to fit everything in the case, but i think you would be pushing the space a little. the pump in the front kinda obstructs airflow in the front

That Koolance case is nice, but I prefer my case. Is there any watercooling solution that I can adapt to the inside of my case?
