Is it possible for me to use my Hotmail account in Outlook/Outlook Express?

I used to use outlook express 5 back in early-mid 99 and i liked it. I am also kinda tired of the juno email program and other web based mail.

Sure you can.
Just open Outlook Express, goto Tools>Accounts>Mail then Add a new account. When you're going through the wizard, there's an option to pick HTTP based mail. And Hotmail is the default type. It's easy to setup, and handy to have all your accounts in one program, that's for sure.
