Is it possible for me to upgrade my CPU?

I have a Micron Millenia XI, that came with a PII-400. I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU, but I was unsure whether my motherboard can handle it. Here's the page on micron.com which describes which motherboard I have.

I saw the page, as far as I understood you have a INTEL SE440BX mother board there. I didnt go to INTELs website, to check, but I think you can upgrade your system to a Pentium 3. I dont know what clock it can support though. But I know the BX chipset can support high clocks at least to a pentium 3 550 you can upgrade for sure. But go to Intels website and check the BIOS you have, upgrading your bios you might be able to upgrade to higher clocks than 550.
