Maybe...but don't believe those stupid ads. Having your IP does not equal being able to hack your IP. Unless you are a dumbass, getting your IP is the first of many, many difficult steps to hacking your PC.

if you are a windows 98 user with your whole hard drive shared out sitting on a cable modem, then its as easy as mapping a drive to your pc
