So you believe a sail boat ALWAYS has right of way? lolz....take a boating class, this is one of the BIGGEST misconceptions.

A sailboat does have the ROW over a powerboat unless the sailboat is overtaking the powerboat. A sailboat must also keep out of the way of large vessels in narrow channels, and ferryboats.

People have repeatedly explained the laws on it and provided links directly to them. You've decided to completely ignore them. Right now the biggest misconception is that you know what you're talking about.

The drama in this thread makes me not want to answer the thread's title question.
Based on maybe's ?
The fellow who was the lead tower controller at Logan Airport the day, 9/11, 2001 took place has had numerous stories where his name was brought up. Recently, his personal letters to his daughter about being haunted with second guessing from that day have been released. Anyways, it turns out he was flying helicopters in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam when he was 18 in 1968. I had a discussion with my brother , about what circumstances must have been where he had to be thrown in that situation then, and what it says about him.

You do not need to become a commissioned officer and have a college degree to be a pilot in the army.

He is the most dedicated troll though. Seriously, this kind of shit goes back YEARS. Those bastards in The Prestige have nothing on FBB. But just in case, let's go through this step by step.

So the line here is that this is a (8?) girl with (1) Wegener's that is a (2) photographer with (3) glaucoma and is a (4) fighter pilot in the (5) USAF. And this 21 year old (6) Special Operations personnel is on (7) Depo Provera.

Which means it was okey-dokey to have unprotected sex and now she is pregnant.

Now I'm going to go ahead and guess that 8 things here are not correct.

I think I got em all. That was fun, kinda like "Where's Waldo?"

i'm surprised she didn't tell you she worked for SNASA

Haha, excellent.

FBB, the bright side of being involved with a compulsive liar is that she probably isn't pregnant. I know a girl who got involved with a guy over the Internet and the day he was supposed to travel the 150 km to visit her, he instead had to go to the hospital and pull the plug on his brain dead brother. She stayed on the phone for hours with him that day to help him get through it. Then he had to attend to the funeral arrangements, fighting with his cartoonishly evil family over how his dead brother should be buried, and so on and so forth. He had also recently been drummed out the military for, you guessed it, punching a superior officer for giving his squad stupid orders. And was working on a stealth startup that was going to make millions really, really soon.

Turns out that he made it all up because he freaked out about meeting her after feeding her a line of crap about himself for a month or two online. Hell of a crazy way to avoid something simple, right? But people sometimes do that. The trick is to extricate yourself from the situation entirely and cleanly and move on. And hey, what guy hasn't had a girl fake a "I think I'm pregnant" to keep the relationship going a little longer? It's basically a rite of passage at this point.
