Is it Peter Frampton that has that one song with African backup singers?

I think it's Peter Frampton ... maybe. It's a popular rock-ish type song and towards the end (and throughout) there's an African dude singing rather loudly. Sorry for the lack of details but that's all I got .

The 'African dude' is Youssou N'Dour, a Senegalese singer who also performs with Gabriel on Shaking the Tree. Check out N'Dour's album the Lion, which includes an alternate mix of Shaking the Tree.
