Just look lower on the left on that site... they have a quiz you can take to find out which pill is right for you. Assuming you trust such things.

I believe besides a large population of nerds on this board, there's also a good amount of people who know their stuff whether it's vitamins to traveling or jumping out a 10 story building without dying?

IIRC, it's the same thing as a regular multi only it doesn't contain glucose as an ingredient, as per low-carb diet requirements.

 Like the glucose in a vitamin pill is going to make you fat.

Then, quite simply, you're going to die.

so are you

Sure, but I'm going to survive a hell of a lot longer because I don't consult a computer forum full of fatty or annorexic computer nerds on the internet for nutritional information.

without actually being on a low-carb diet?
what are the + and - of this multivitamin?

no, not really. here are the (+) and (-) of taking multivitamins:

+:
  • you get your daily dose of nutrients (per gender)
  • your body functions better with its necessary nutrients

-:
  • most people don't really need a multivitamin anymore because we have so many
  • nutrients and vitamins put into our daily foods already thanks to biotech.
  • if you have a high metal diet (for example, high iron, zinc, magnesium, etc), multivitamins could actually harm your body. if you have way too much metal suppliment intake, like iron, for example, it could cause death.

this certain multivitamin is designed for people who are depriving themselves of certain nutrients. therefore, it has a higher value of certain nutrients your body would need if you deprived your body of them.

this certain vitamin suppliment is mainly protecting you from getting any kind of rashes, hair loss, heart problems, decreased brain function, etc. as these are some side-effects of people who live a low-carb lifestyle. it's because after you're done burning off the sugars in your body, you turn the fat in your system into sugar for your body to use, so you don't need the carbs anymore. however, after a certain point, since your fat stores SO much energy and it takes a while for it to get burned, it needs a quicker source of energy... so, it turns to proteins and amino acids.

when those are broken down into ketone bodies in order to help create energy for the body, you end up becoming very deficient in certain respects and your body feels the side effects. that's what this multivitamin is for... providing you with stuff you're not getting so you don't end up with all the side-effects.

however, the fact that you ARE getting the amount of stuff you need and will be getting more of it in the multivitamin will not help you lose weight at all.
