Is it okay to copy images from other websites to publish for advertising related stuff?

for example if i wanted to make a website that generates possible leads for car dealerships, is it okay for me to rip off somone's honda/hyundai/toyota/etc logo from anyone's site?

is it all fair game as long as there's no copyright in the code?

Everything you produce is copyrighted, so no. Fair use may let you use it, but usually fair use doesn't allow for commercial purposes.

Should be fine as long as you put a disclaimer saying that all logos belong to their respective companies or something.

I'm guessing Toyota corporate has some high quality images you can use for free in your advertising if you ask them.
