Is it okay to cook chicken from frozen?

As in; take a frozen chicken breast from the freezer and put it on a foreman grill and cook it

no you need to thaw it out. Just put it in a ziplock bag and set it in a a bowl of cold wather.

Not a good idea, the interior of the chicken won't cook completely. I think improprely cooked chicken is a risk for salmonella poisoning

If your microwave has a defrost setting try placing it there for a few minutes

It will be raw inside and cooked on the outside. Other than that it not wrong.

You don't want to cook it, and want to keep it at 40 degrees or so to prevent the growth of bacteria.

They're a lot thinner than chicken breasts. Also, they're precooked.

Thin steaks and burgers can be grilled straight from frozen, IIRC.
