Yes. I got mine from MWave, and it also comes with a one year warranty I believe. :)

what ever you buy just stay away from accubye.com they are scam. here is my story . i have order 1gig tbird with 3day shipping from them. when i got the cpu in 7 day and the pin all f***k up. and i call them for rma they agree with me for replace and send it back with 3 day shipping too than i think that is good to deal with them. well seen they have my cpu back and testing them are working fine and they don't send me back the cpu. so i call them to find out what going on they said there are nothing wrong with my tbirth all pin all correct direction so they will send me the same old one. i told them that is not right to send back the same cpu. they said the cpu is work fine they will not replace the new one what that heck with this company doing. than i try to call them 4 time in one week. finnally i got one of they sell person tell me that when they receive cpu the pin are bend and they straigten up and work it find. so i have to accepted the old cpu other why if i cancel the order they will charge me with 15%restocking fee. that is totally scam dud just stay away from that vendor don't ever buy anything from them. buy way if accepted the old cpu that i send them before they will send my back with ups ground ship too

The good thing about OEM processors is you can choose your own heatsink/fan.

Forgot to say yes to your question,I`ve quite a few OEM parts all working great.

smp: I alway buy OEM CPU's rather than retail ones. Like Mem said, that gives you the flexibility to buy the heatsink/fan combo of your choice. And it's inevitable that that will be better than the stock combo that comes with a retail CPU. And the 1-year (OEM) vs. 3-year (retail) warranty is a moot point as far as I'm concerned. It's rare that I have the same CPU in my system for 12 months, let alone 3 years.
