Is any one running a Pentium 4, Prescott 3.4 Mhz CPU on an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe?,
and will it be also a good compatible idea to pair these components(Mobo,CPU) with Kingston Hyper X PC-3200 Ram for the purpose of video editing?

That should work fine and if it doesn't you can always RMA. I don't know much more but if you overclock I would buy some of the PC4000 HyperX on sale for $100 in Hot Deals.
