Yes, but don't if you workout in a gym. I hate seeing people sniffling and sneezing all over the equipment.
If you are going outside to do your regular HIIT... do it.

Common sense tells me no, but sometimes even Jiminy Cricket is wrong. What do you think?
I do High intensity interval training, supposed to work on lower body this morning, but I have a stuffy nose and a scratchy throat.
Yeah, and the scratchy throat concerns me. If you are communicable, you are risking the other gym attendees. If it's just a stuffy nose, you are probably not communicable. Anyway, try to exercise hygiene. When I get back from the gym I try to wash my hands - it's the principal place I go nowadays where I might pick up something.Originally posted by: Injury
You're fine.
If you're that worried, go a little easy on yourself today, but there's no reason to stay at home in bed.
Now if there is a fever, then you should prolly stay home.

When im sick i can't wait to hit the treadmill honestly. I get on that for about 30 mins on my normal work out (which is hard) and sweat that cold out of me. No Lie! I learned that this happens when i was playing football in highschool. I was sick as a dog, went out and did our normal practice got a good night sleep woke up the next day feeling great.

It certainly won't kill you.
Working out will likely increase the time it takes your body to return to proper form.
