is it ok to use a thermalright sk6 on a 2400+M?

I just purchased a 2400+M from newegg, was wondering if it is going to be ok to use a older Thermalright SK6 w/ 80mm fan on it.? I don't plan to OC it, because it is for the HTPC I am builiding.
 
It shouldn't exactly be hard to figure out.

How many watts does the 2400+ Mobile dissipate, and how many watts does the highest desktop CPU it was designed for dissipate?
