is it ok to undervolt a p4 3.0C to reduce temps?

if it is ok, is there any 3rd party program that you can use to do it with if your motherboard doesn't allow you to adjust the voltage
 
I'm running my P4 2.53ghz at 1.28 volts and it seems to be running nice and cool at 3.06ghz. Stress tested for 3 days straight 🙂

No. You can't change the Vcore or FSB on Intel MoBos. Up or down.
