is it ok to put computer right next to monitor?

topic says it all.....is there any magnetic problems or anything like if you put a subwoofer too close to the monitor? I could check myself but that would involved lots of rewiring for nothing.

Actually, topic says "put computer right next to monitor" but your question involves putting your sub close to your monitor. :D

Anyway, no, there should be zero problem with putting your monitor and computer next to each other. As for your sub, that probably depends on what type it is and how close you want them to be. If it was designed for use with a computer then you probably won't have any problems at almost any distance. If it wasn't then I would suggest you keep at least 18" between the sub and the monitor (distance from floor to desktop should be suffecient).

i was asking about my monitor, my subwoofer i was refferring to that i know it is not shielded and is bad for monitor and asking if a computer had that sort of effect, thanks.

there would be no problems. my comp is right next to my monitor right now, but i prefer it on the ground to save desk space.
