Is it ok to eat more then one Atkins low carb bar a day?

These are so freaking good. Is it ok to eat more then one? Like 3 or 4 a day?

if you walk from one end of your house to the other side you will lose like 3-4 calories

3 to 4 may be pushing it, but if you are replacing a meal with it 1-2 is OK.
