Is it OK to delete file contents of Evolution email cache ?

Is there any harm in deleting the file (not the cache folder itself) contents of the following folder which contains storage of trash emails deleted from Evolution email application ?

/home/home user name/.local/share/evolution/mail/usernamedfolder/cache
