Is it normal for Overdrive to show a different voltage?

In my Bios I set my CPU voltage to 1.45 and my CPU NB vid to 1.25 (+ 0.1 volt to each). When I pull up Overdrive it still shows the stock voltage on both, cpuz shows the 1.45. Running the Overdrive stability test crashes the system with stock voltages showing, increasing the voltages on overdrive to what my MB shows is perfectly stable. Am I missing something here?

(what I'm running's in the sig)

Mine reports different voltages as well, but I go with what cpuz and the motherboard say vs what overdrive reports.

Thats what I want to believe. My only real issue is the stability test based on what the voltage is set at in overdrive. Is overdrive just changing the voltage to stock for its own purposes?
