i have the logitech comfort duo where the cordless optical mouse is transparent to see the LED at the bottom.
when not in use, i do notice the LED pulses steadily. is this normal when the mouse is not in use??? doesnt this drain batteries?
anyone with same configuration?

its normal and it does drain batteries. I have cordless freedom optical combo, and I switched over to the MX700 b/c the cordless optical mice just burn through batteries. The keyboard isn't too bad though with battery usage.
