Is it normal for an Asus RMA to take 2 months?

I sent the mobo in late May (like the 19-20th priority) and they "recieved it" on the 6th of June (yea, go figure). I call them like once every two weeks and I just called again and they say that "its overdue and that they will ship it 2nd day air the end of this week". This is the same thing they told me 2 weeks ago. This is pretty frickin irritating. Any suggestions to get them off their ass'? Am I the only one that they take forever for? Thanks for any suggestions. :)
Matt
btw, its a a7v that didnt work anymore, nothing broke or missing.

Yes it is Christopher, and yes its been that long. I have had the cpu to go in it for a VERY long time. I sent it like 2 days after i got it from you. The first three weeks (even after the 6th of june) they said that they didnt get it. I was freaking out cause i sent it priority. I keep getting bullshitted by them.
btw, I bet your glad as hell you sold it to me and didnt wait for them to get you another one. ;)

Actually, from my expierience, Asus normally takes anywhere from 5 - 8 weeks to get it back in your hands....:( They HAVE to be the slowest in the business!:(

Abit's is worse i sent it in the end of May and even had to pay $25+shipping to get my board back which was last thurs. Never gonna loose an invoice/packing slip again. Your best bet for RMA is thru the reseller about 1-2 weeks avg.

Ha, I've been trying to get Abit to answer an email, any email, for 1.5 years on a board after I could never get them to answer the phone. 2 months sounds pretty quick to me. :|

Well this is odd.......after several great Abit boards, I final RMA'd a TH7-RAID. Called Tech Support twice and got an answer in like 3 rings, set it up, got the RMA#, sent it in and had one back in like 2 weeks.......not even really, it was 12 days to be exact!:) AND I never once heard anything about the infamous $25 fee and they never got any info from me to get it!:)
