Is it normal for a webhost to charge an extra month to cancel?

Just wondering whether i'm being taken for a ride by my old webhost. Never really read the TOS before I signed up. :disgust: Is this a standard thing?

Anyway this'll teach me a lesson to read the damn tos. :beer:
