Is it normal for a Duron to be able to run at 1.1 volts?

I can run my Duron 650@500(maybe more then that) at 1.1 volts. It ran stably for a few hours, without a problem. It runs really cool too.

It may be possible. I ran my Tbird 1.2@1.2 at 1.525V on my Abit KT7a. I can not run it that low on Asus A7v-133. (+ that stupid board doesn't allow me to adjust voltage through bios, I have to adjust jumpers).

I have ran it at 650 and default voltage without a fan using a Taisol CGK740, it ran cool enough doing average work, as long as I didn't have a 100%CPU load for more then an hour or so it was fine, so I am very sure running it at 500 and 1.1 volts it would run without the fan. Next step try running it without the heatsink.

Somebody stop me I have gone crazy.
