This guy and girl have been dating for a few weeks and they never did more than just kiss. He thinks she wants more in the relationship, but doesn't ever go any further. One night while hanging out, she gets drunk and pretends to pass out just to see what he would do, so he rubs her breats for like 2 secs and stops. She doens't move, so he proceeds to penetrate. She still does not protest, so he invites four or five friends to get in on the action. He is certain she had the best night of her life.

So my question is this. If he touched her while she was alseep without know she wanted him, did he molest her?
