OK, so I have $1300 sitting in 5% yield Money Market type fund in a rollover IRA. I want to put it into something better, so I've been trying to find some funds that are good, open to new investors, and have less than a $2500/3000 initial investment.
So, I thought I finally thought I found a decent one:

If you look, it shows the initial investment is $1,000. Great! So I tried to see if I could move the money into there, but I can't. Fidelity tells me that the initial investment is $2500! So what the hell is going on? Is it Fidelity that is making it $2500 min initial investment?
