Is it me, or is this bird pissed?

There's been a bird nesting on the power box in my garage for a few months, I'm assuming there's eggs in the nest but I'm letting it be cause I'm a nice guy, and don't really use my garage much anyways except for storage. It was such a nice day out today that I grabbed some pictures of it guarding its nest, unfortunately I had to stand a bit back so as to not freak it out and make it fly away. Best I could do with my 3x optical on my A95.

Bird in its nest, ignore the IBM hat
See its beak open? OMGWTF it's gonna attack!

That looks like a Robin, known to carry guns . . . & they know how to use them.

What's that, make it into a cake? I'd think a pie would be better :)

That's what I was thinking. I have to be careful walking to the garage now, this morning I went out there to get something and the bird almost hit me in the face when it flew out, scared me half to death :Q

We have a robin's nest under our deck, and the mom bird flies out at me all the time when I'm in the back yard. Then she'll fly around the yard and scream at me until I leave.

On a side note, apparently birds can scream at you while they have a worm in their mouth.

Robins don't use guns, they use bat-arangs and staff weapons.

So this bird jumps out wearing a red vest and steals my car . . .
I know that I've encountered the first robbin' of springtime.

Don't pet it. It make look cute, but those things are typically covered in lice. Besides, if you touch the nest/ eggs, she'll abandon them due to your 'human stench.' :D

Thank you Captain Obvious. All of that I already knew, hence the incredibly thick sarcasm dripping over every part of my OP.

Looks like it's nesting on a circuit breaker or fuse box. Hopefully it doesn't spark. That nest looks fairly flamable :)

It's a switchbox for the single lightbulb in the garage. It's off, and there's no bulb in the outlet either.
