Is it me, or is paypal pretty slow in sending emails upon payment receipt?

I recieved two paypal payments at 12pm and 3pm, i have yet to get an email for either, yet the funds are in my account....

Usually i get them 1-3 hours after deposit, but the past few days its been around 5-6 hours if not more...

Is this just me?

i just recieved notice maybe 30 secs after it was sent

No, i don't think it's just you. I haven't purchased anything in the last few days to know about recent issues, but I've seen people complain off and on about random delays for no apparent reason at paypal... related to e-mail, the IPN system, etc.
