Is it me or does Staples suck at shipping stuff out!!??

This is the 3rd time this has happened: I do a deal w/ coupon and rebate and they manage to screw up my order. Some items arrive but there is always at least 1 item that does not. When you call them, they say wait and then when you call them again they say sorry for the delay, I just shipped the item, you should receive in 2-3 days. What the Hell!?? Does this happen to everyone?

It happened to me last week. The said it would be delivered on Monday... it arrives on Wednesday missing 1/4 items even though it says it is there on the invoice. I call them and they say then will have it to me by Thursday. The last item actually arrived today.

Yup- I'm still waiting for a monitor I ordered last sunday to arrive.

Had the same problem last week but with the snow up North I let it go. One item was from NJ and the other NY.

They don't ship all items out of one warehouse. A year ago, I ordered a CD recorder from them and to apply the coupon, I had to add something for about a buck (a bag of rubber bands). They shipped the CD recorder and the bag of rubber bands in separate boxes. Arrived a day apart. I think the shipping box and the shipping cost more than the item in the box. hehe.
