Is it me or do det drivers 24.xx and up bring down the geforce 3?

Well i am still sticking to det 23.12 because the higher drivers i have tried, 28 xx, 29 xx, and 30 xx bring down my 3dmark score by 500 pts, expecially in the nature demo, by 10 fps consistently. As for other games, Medal of honor feels a little faster with 23.12. I probably figure that anything higher than 23.12 is aimed for geforce 4 cards. What about you other geforce 3 owners? Do u notice the same performance decrease as me?

The newer driver raised my score by 500 points...hmmm...

Maybe it is the cpu? or chipset? dunno. My score is 8050 average with 23.12. My score is 7550 with 29.42.

Not really true. You shouldn't be seeing 3dmark scores decrease. But since you are, I'd probably stick with the 23.12 drivers.
