I'll make it short...

I'm 6 hours away at college, and my last final ended at 5. My GF is angry that I'm waiting till tomorrow morning to come home instead of tonight. She wanted me to come to a fundraiser at 9 pm, then pick her up at around 4 in the morning because she's going out drinking with her friends and needs a ride. I haven't slept in 3 days, and didn't want to drive 6 hours at night. She throws a fit because now she has no ride from the party...

I don't see why I should rush home to sit on my ass while she's out getting wasted with her friends. Did I do ANYTHING wrong here?

You did nothing wrong. It's clearly unsafe to drive six hours at night if you haven't slept in three days.

I would tell her "I'm surprised you don't understand that I need to sleep. I guess I didn't realize before how incredibly selfish you are."
 
Tell her: "I'm your boyfriend, not your mom. If you need a ride so badly, ask her. I, on the otherhand, have better things to do than fall asleep at the wheel and get killed."

Your last exam was at 5, it's a 6 hour trip, and she wants you to pick her up at 9? Dude, not worth the speeding ticket, even if she was the best, most amazing girl in the world.
