Is it legal to sell my Windows XP software?

Years ago I purchased a legal copy of Windows XP Professional Full on the cheap. It came from MS in a cardboard folder that says, "Not for resale or distribution". But I'm wondering, if I sell my PC, can I sell it with this version installed, along with the CD? If so, what do you think the going rate for XP Pro full (not upgrade) is worth? I would install Linux on my new rig.
