Is it legal to sell my software??

This though just occured to me, some, if not most software makers don't allow you to resell their software right??

In my case, I won my 3D Studio MAX. I didn't purchase it. Can I still sell it?

im sure you can, aslong as you dont make copies of it, or keep a copy in your system and sell the media.

Only if its new and not open....bring it to CompUsa and tell them you got it as a gift and want to exchange it or something. If you lucky....you can something else, doubt they give money back.
