Do you seriously believe he is legit? This offer should sound all the red flags possible in Ebay, it smells like scam so far away that it drowned out the skank.

Israel is the USA's 2nd closest ally. I think US law does not prohibit that sale.

As long as you cover your bases, international sales aren't bad. Plus international bidders tend to bid more since the number of international sellers isn't high.

AMD should be able to tell you if it is legal for export.

If you can ship it and want to, I would suggest that you make sure that the funds are cleared first and/or send it via the US Embassy in Israel.

U.S is Israel's only close ally and they are the United States girlfriend .. actually United States is Israel's girlfriend.

By the way it is legal to sell a cpu to Israel. You can even sell it to a guy in Saudi Arabia is you want to or China.

You need an export license for some computer technology sales to China. I doubt any consumer CPUs fall under that though.

I'd never trust paypal over international sales.

Western Union or International Postal Money order is the only way to go.
no risk of chargeback.

You pick up the money prior to shipping
You don't get hit up with Fees or anything.

That's what they use when the funds are going to them.

Hmm... who's the 1st?

canada

England

you mean the United Kingdom

BTW I believe that's a toss up. Israel (the country) would not exist today if it wasn't for the backing of the United States.
