Is it just my computer, can you connect to a CS server...

I have tried for the past hour to connect to a CS server. I have tried several different ones and I cannot connect.... It just says Establishing connection to server and does not connect...... It has sat there 10 mins like that. It was working a couple of hours ago, and then it froze, like as in really bad lag, and I quit and ever since then It has not worked....

Is anyone else having trouble connecting or is it just me? Have any idea what I can do to connect?

Doh I wonder whats wrong with mine.... I have restarted several times, and I have tried with and without cheating death running.... ARRHHR!!!!!
