uncharted is pretty weak on vita. controls are garbage and everything in it feels slower than the ps3 version.

vita in general is weak IMO, which is why i sold mine brand new, since I had played a demo unit and was not impressed. although, i'm not a portable fan in general.

one of my main gripes is the same as the original PSP - the ergonomics are terrible.

i was playing the hot shots golf demo, and my fucking thumb hits the right analog stick every time i press the x button to swing. it's just designed from a physical stand point imo.

it's one slick piece of hardware though that's for sure.

Is it just me or does the PSP Vita game lineup seem to be weak except for maybe Uncharted?

Mutant Blobs Attack, Rayman Origins, and Super Stardust Delta are fantastic games for the Vita. Try some of those. Personally, I wasn't impressed with the demo. It looks fantastic but I found the gun hard to aim properly at distant targets on such a small screen.

I think you're expecting too much from a handheld gaming device. Sacrifices in complexity of game mechanics and development time are inherent to the platform, so you end up with 25% ports, 70% shovelware, and 5% unique, quality titles worth playing.

Maybe you are right. $200+ dollars could get me a Wii instead.

I am still trying to figure out why UMDs are not being used for movies. I don't like the placement of the controls on the system. I think they are too close. The system is wonder though....

I worry about the future software selection though...
