Has anyone else been experiencing a senario where you click a link to a thread, and the thread loads for about a second, then immediatly jumps to a page cannot by displayed error?

I have been getting this quite a bit recently too.

Um, guys, it does this every single morning at roughly 1:15AM PST. Goes down for 1-5 minutes. I assume it's for backup or something.
