Does BMW's 6 series look like a big sales failure?

I'm not sure about sales, but I'm not a huge fan of how they look.

It's just that, as much of a BMW admirer that I am, the 5-series just wins almost in every area despite them being 2 different categories, but the price difference is definite a killer in the 6 series. I see so many new 5-series BMW rolling around here ....the other day I even had the pleasure of driving behind an E60 M5 while enjoying the musical notes coming out of the back

But I have yet to see not even 1 6 series BMW around here nor in the 3 major cities in Ohio that I have worked in...it just got me thinking you know...sure their must be 6 series owners around somewhere....but the # must be seriously LOW for me not to spot one till now!

Lots of em around here in the bay area. Not as many as the 5 series but certainly not uncommon.

Everybody has the 5, but I see a decent number of the 6 series around the Boston area.

IMO, Audi S6>>>>>>>>>>650i. better looking, just as fast, 35% cheaper.

It is probably the ugliest car in BMW's lineup, no doubt about that.

And for the money, you get more bang for your buck with the 5 series, 4 doors vs 2, obviously.......
