I kick people who are annoying on the voice. Although I have a hard time understanding anything anyone says...
 
yea 90% they suck...sometimes they contribute to team work though. i just bind the radio commands like enemys potted to kb for quick access.

wish other games like 1942 had voice though.. 3d voice like in ut2004. wanna talk to the guy driving your tank? well u can't!! stupid 1942... type and u are already dead by the time u warn..not to mention they don't know who ur talking to.
