It used to be that (netscappe 4.x, IE) that if you turn off auto loading of images you could load them up as you needed.

IE you would right click on an image and select show image, or in Netscape you would get a button that would allow you to view the images on the page.

Also, where is the option to shrink the buttons on the toolbars? Having big bulky icons is an eyesore. I like it as minimal as possiable.

Anyone else notice this or anything else? Or did I just miss these options..

For no images in IE...
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Multimedia / Show Pictures

For small icons on your IE taskbar...
Right click on an empty space on the toolbar (or one of the grey vertical lines in it) and pick Customize ;)

Couldn't find anything to shrink the toolbar, but I think I've seen it shrunk.

I have no idea why ObiDon is telling you how to do it in IE:confused:

Try different skins. The pinball skin is very nice and has very small buttons.

Yes, I found that, but how would you get them to load if you wanted them to on a page with out having to go turn on images again?

Also about changing skins.. they should have made it like IE and Netscape where you can make the icons of the skin smaller. Much easier and compact that way.
